With close working relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, GPs and sports doctors our physios have extensive knowledge on the process of surgical vs. non-surgical treatment of knee injuries and rehabilitation involved.

The knee joint is really robust, and once you have a settled any joint pain, we can work on “reloading” the area. The quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes need to be strong to help the knee joint absorb load. A well planned return to run and gym program is needed for success.
Our Physios work alongside our sports doctors and orthopaedic surgeons in Barangaroo to ensure you receive the best care possible.
