Jemma has over 10 years’ experience in physio private practice. She completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physio in South Africa and has since been all over the world (Scotland,England, New Zealand). Through this, she has established connections with a diverse range of individuals and cultures.
She has worked and travelled with amateur and professional sporting teams (Scottish Rugby, Scottish Football Youth Elite squads, Touch World Cup and World Transplant Games).
She adopts a holistic treatment approach and tailors each treatment program specifically to your needs. She has a special interest in Overuse Injuries, Post-operative rehab and Women’s Health. Her aim is to get each person back to feeling their best self and doing what they love. Jemma has from a young age competed in various sporting disciplines. Nowadays, she directs her energy towards multi-sport endurance events (anything involving a bicycle for trails and you’ve got her sold!).

Looking for physiotherapy in Barangaroo? Tim has over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist and is well known in the sporting world for his roles in high performance sporting clubs.
He was the senior physiotherapist for the Sydney Swans AFL club where he worked for 12 years. In that time, he helped the team to reach three grand finals, including the Swans premiership in 2012.
Tim has particular expertise with knee injuries, including ACL rehabilitation and prevention. He is also particularly well versed in treating hamstring and calf injuries, not to mention the myriad of ‘niggling’ injuries any level of athlete might endure over the course of any season.

Lucy has invaluable sports physio experience working with multiple Sydney AFL clubs as their lead physiotherapist. She has over 12 years experience in world class Sports Physiotherapy practices across Sydney & London. Adding to her diverse experience is her skills in the corporate world, assessing workplaces and consulting with large organisations regarding workplace ergonomics.
More recently Lucy completed her APPI Pilates equipment coursework, and loves incorporating Pilates into her rehabilitation. She is also a certified GLA:D Australia Provider, educating and providing classes for osteoarthritis in the community. If you are in trouble with hip, knee, ankle and shoulder injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation then you’re in the right place. She looks to utilise exercise rehab, Pilates, manual therapy (including dry needling) as well as education for her patients on active recovery.
